Mushroom & Soya Soup for Good digestion and healthy skin

Ingredients :

  • Fresh mushroom chops – 6-8
  • Carrot – 1
  • Capsicum – 1
  • Green cabbage – ΒΌ
  • Whole wheat pasta
  • Vegetable stock
  • Soya granules – 10 gm

Method:

  • Chop finely all vegetables.  
  • Boil pasta and add spices.  
  • Sprinkle with soya granules.
