Mushroom & Soya Soup for Good digestion and healthy skin
Ingredients :
- Fresh mushroom chops – 6-8
- Carrot – 1
- Capsicum – 1
- Green cabbage – ΒΌ
- Whole wheat pasta
- Vegetable stock
- Soya granules – 10 gm
Method:
- Chop finely all vegetables.
- Boil pasta and add spices.
- Sprinkle with soya granules.
